Returns
Purchases made at PENGYANLOU.COM are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at pengyanlou@gmail.com, including your order reference number.
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days, and return instructions will be provided upon approval.
Return Terms & Conditions
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all protective wrapping and tags.
• Items must be in the same condition as received. All returns will be inspected. If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to return it to the sender.
• Only the original purchaser may request a return or exchange.
• Shipping costs for returns and exchanges must be covered by the customer. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during return shipping.
• Custom-sized items are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and it passes inspection, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please note:
• Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process after receipt of the return.
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
• If you have not received your refund within 14 days of approval, please contact your payment provider directly.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
• The item arrived defective or damaged.
• A different size is requested for the same product, subject to availability.
